Fermented cold and aged for 6 months, a 50/50 blend of pinot grapes and cider apples. Dry Rose Cider, notes of garden fruit, 80 cases made. 8.7% abv

One year aged, re-ignited with Gewürztraminer skin contact. Bitter & bone dry, with floral notes & orange zest. 45 cases made. 7.9% abv

BLACKBERRY BOURBON
A wild co-ferment of bittersharp and dessert apples with organic hand-picked blackberries. BLACKBERRY BOURBON is directly fermented in bourbon barrels for 4 months and aged for an additional 16 months. This dry cider has a beautiful light rose blush, and a fresh, fruity and pleasantly tart finish.
